Any one know when/where I can take a CPR/First Aid course? Need to be certified in the next couple months preferably!
Janet B.: No, we don't offer CPR or First Aid at the Horizon Learning Centre/PAL because there are two private companies plus the Pool that offers them. (we have a non-duplication of programs policy). Besides the Pool (780 624-3720) which is closing in 2 weeks for their annual 3 week maintenance shutdown, there is Audits & Safety Services (www.peaceriversafetytraining.com) and Peace Safety & Environmental Training (780 624-4886). I think APL may also offer first aid/CPR to the public 780 624-4911 - ask for Joanne.
