Do not prepay Edmonton Brake and Clutch. I want to share my experience to warn others. It started on August 15, 2024, when they charged my credit card $366 CAD for an order. They claimed to have shipped the items several times and even created shipping labels, but nothing ever arrived. Here’s how their scam works: They delay the process long enough for the 120-day credit card dispute period to pass. Then, they say they can’t refund your card. After that, they promise to send an e-transfer, but that never happens either. They keep making excuses and giving false promises, hoping you’ll eventually give up trying to get your money back. It’s now December 27, 2024, and I’m still waiting for a refund. I don’t usually write reviews, but I want to save others from going through this frustration. Please think twice before doing business with this company.
