other product currently available. System 20A is comprised of an epoxy corrosion barrier
(plural component), Firebrand custom cut polyurethane half shells and Firebrand
Pipeguard HT 90 A Outer Seamless Jacket. Firebrand - 20A is a seamless three layer
insulating system specifically designed for pipeline applications. This unique flexible
system focuses on difficult above or below surface insulating jobs for oil and gas
pipelines, refineries, pipe bends, pipe spools and straight lengths including pipe for
bores. This system can be applied to most common substrates for excellent corrosion
protection and abrasion resistance. System 20A provides the maximum amount of heat
retention available on the market for hot oil and steam lines while also providing
superior freeze protection for water lines. The features and benefits of System 20A are
as follows: Does not allow the ingress of moisture, reduces heat loss and prevents
hydrate formation in gas lines, maintains viscosity in hot oil lines and provides excellent
abrasion, impact and puncture resistance. System 40 B is a seamless two layer
insulating system specifically designed for tank applications. This unique flexible and
impact resistant system focuses on the difficulty of providing a durable finish for above
surface tank insulating jobs for oil and water vessels. This system can be applied to
most common substrates for excellent abrasion resistance. System 40 B provides the
maximum amount of heat retention available on the market for oil tanks while also
providing superior freeze protection. The features and benefits of System 40 B are as
follows: Does not allow the ingress of moisture, reduces heating requirements and
assists in the prevention of water tank freezing, helps to maintain viscosity in oil storage
tanks and provides excellent abrasion, impact and puncture resistance.
