With offices in the U.S. and Canada, Contract Land Staff (CLS), one of the largest independent Right of Way companies in North America, has been providing Land and Right of Way solutions serving pipeline, electric transmission, rail, public sector, wind generation, and telecommunications clients since 1985. Services include consulting, project feasibility and management, acquisition, training and staffing.

Our ability to manage and staff many large and small projects simultaneously is supported by our ability to provide the staffing necessary to achieve the successful completion of all phases of Right of Way activities required by our clients inclusive of project set up, implementation of project procedures and forms, project management, records management, title examination, civil and environmental survey support, Right of Way acquisition (inclusive of agent training and state broker/real estate licensure if required), non-environmental permitting, construction support, damage claim settlements, and post construction including condemnation tracts.
