Awful. I had my employees voice concerns in field- poor direction from their staff, lots of field staff turn over. Delay after delay. After a few solid years with Clear we decided to move on to a different firm- more innovation, modern. I think they have run their course and are unfortunately still in the old oil and gas world. Time for transitions- we all have had to- they need fresh faxes, ideas, modern thinking and tech. Sorry guys .
