Our professional, highly qualified management team works with our skilled technicians to provide a multitude of protective, anti-corrosive and wear resistant coatings on many types of industrial equipment and parts. The focus of our facility is to offer a direct replacement to hard-chrome plating, which traditionally has been used as a protective surface or substrate repair option. Our tungsten carbide, chrome carbide, super alloy and fused nickel based coatings significantly increase reliability and wear resistance while also offering protection from corrosive attack while the part is in production. These coatings can also be used to rebuild bearing and seal surfaces which offer huge cost savings in the long term over traditional applications of hard-chrome plating. Thermally sprayed coatings are commonly utilized on drilling / downhole tools, centrifugal pump components, well servicing or fracking pump components, vessels, shafts (turbines and compressor) and also mining / heavy industrial equipment.
